BIO

An accomplished Country, Rock, Pop singer/ songwriter, Nicki has been playing the Essex and London seen for many years, telling stories of heartbreak and woe.

Inspired by Carrie Underwood, Miranda Lambert and Jennifer Nettles, Nicki’s first EP, ‘Time to Face the Facts’ (released in November 2016), fuses Nicki’s mature eclectic Country

foundation with pop melodies.

Nicki effortlessly tackles a range of topics through her hearfelt lyrics and has been  described as ‘infectious and punchy’.  None more so than in “It’s Not Love” (2016) that pays homage to the likes of Lady Gaga and Kelly Clarkson, a story of adultery and retribution. For more tender moments “Fool” addresses love and self-realisation, in a sincere stripped back track.

Nicki is passionate producing new music and has devoted countless hours to her writing process, regularly tapping into her own experiences for inspiration.  Recently, Nicki has been concentrating on her public presence, playing the live music circuit in London and the two- phase release of her debut album ‘Rise’. Part one ‘Band of Gypsies’ (2019 accelerated Nicki’s profile catching the eye of Indie Radio Station, Radio Nord Norge and Reignland magazine. Part two released the track ‘Bruised’ which propelled Nicki’s work to feature on BBC Radio’s Upload show.

Nicki’s newest single ‘Long Way to Go’ was released in June 2020, and is a personal songs about the struggles of mental health. A song which has already been played on BBC Introducing show and KBBP Radio in LA, USA.
